Truly the taste of Italy, Papa Ginos was the dream child of Michael Valerio and family, who emigrated from Italy to Boston three decades ago, bringing with them authentic Italian family recipes that endure today. These recipes were used to launch Piece O' Pizza of East Boston, the Valerios premiere restaurant that quickly gained fame as the place to go for pizza of superior quality and unique flavor. Today, Papa Ginos offers a full range of menu items, including subs, salads and other specialties to complement their classic pizza.

In this essential role, you will assist the General Manager in the efficient, daily operation of the restaurant that reflects the true Papa Ginos mission of providing great guest satisfaction, while honoring corporate profit objectives. You will champion the areas of service, paper costs and maintenance, while maintaining an invigorating and stimulating work environment for all team members. To qualify, you will need one year of restaurant- or retail-management experiencewith fast food or restaurant experience preferreda valid drivers license and reliable, personal transportation.
