Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks according to established standards and guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or special requests from clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
