We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our restaurant team.
As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival - Provide prompt and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve food items following established recipes and food safety guidelines - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations - Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality - Familiarity with Aldelo POS system is a plus - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Join our dynamic team of hospitality professionals and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
