Job Description SummarySouth Shore Hospital, Southeastern Massachusetts's leading provider of emergency, acute, and outpatient care, is seeking an experienced Patient Access Educator & Training Analyst to join our Patient Access team.
Reporting to the Education & Training Manager, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive training to hospital departments involved with scheduling and registration, working with appropriate application teams to ensure training materials are created and accurately updated to meet end users' needs.
This role is onsite at our Weymouth, MA location.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities Functions as the primary classroom trainer for assigned applications Develops an understanding of workflows from an operational and application standpoint Ensures that training materials are accurate and up to date.
Collaborates with IS application teams to prepare training materials for system upgrades Performs data quality analysis to identify areas needing remediation Participates in special projects and health system initiatives as needed Skills & Abilities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent classroom facilitation and presentation skills Strong computer skills - especially in Epic modules, insurance verification systems, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Exemplary problem-solving skills Ability to function independently as well as part of a group Qualifications HS diploma (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred) 3
years of professional patient access experience and/or Epic training experience Recommended Skills Data Quality Interpersonal Communications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Presentations Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
