The bonus will be paid out in two increments! Location:
Day Services Program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities We are currently recruiting for:
Full time hours working Mon through Fri, 8:
00AM-4:
00PM Part time hours working Mon through Fri, 9:
00AM-3:
00PM Overview of duties:
Duties involve monitoring an individual for health and safety purposes and also assisting with activities, mobility, feeding and personal care/hygiene needs.
QUALIFICATIONS/Requirements:
Reliability is a must Ability to physically assist/lift/transfer individuals as needed Effective interpersonal communication skills Professional demeanor Acceptable CORI, SORI, Abuse Registry & Fingerprinting background check required Current valid driver's license and satisfactory Driving History required The Arc of the South Shore strongly encourages all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
Experience required:
At least 1 year of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities We follow all State and CDC Covid 19 safety guidelines.
