com We are currently looking to add to staff a Receptionist/Office assistant with an exceptional phone manner.
Some job requirements include:
Acting as the first point of contact with customers on the phone and in person Receiving support requests from customers and recording the details in an accurate manner Dispatching calls to appropriate employees Opening mail, emails, and faxes and distributing them to appropriate employees Depositing customer checks and managing petty cash Assuring supply closets are stocked, and placing orders as necessary Maintaining and shipping documentation Filing Making collection calls and resolving open account problems Scheduling appointments through Outlook Keeping reception area clean and organized Microsoft Word and Excel skills If you are qualified and interested in working in a collegial and collaborative work environment, please send a resume and desired hourly rate.
