The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma/GED, and has SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE AND is highly practiced in the art of customer service, is dependable/prompt, maintains a sharp personal appearance, and is willing/available to work a flexible schedule when needed, and a regular schedule that WILL include predominately day into evenings and every SUNDAY.

In addition, he/she must have an infectiously positive attitude with unbelievable customer facing skills, be articulate with strong telephone skills, have strong computer skills, is detail-oriented with excellent follow through, and truly enjoys serving others.

The Assistant Desk Manager is responsible to set the tone for our valued members and guests by exhibiting a sincerely friendly and professional demeanor at all times. He/She must present an aggressively friendly attitude, be a conversation instigator, a multi-tasking king or queen, and a damage control and people-pleasing expert.

The Assistant Desk Manager is a people-pleaser to the bone and are only interested in the comfort and personal satisfaction of our members and guests. The Assistant Desk Manager is a direct report to the Desk Director and Director of Operations. The Assistant Desk Manager is predominately a closing position with one Sunday day shift a week. As a manager (if needed or requested by ownership or upper management) coverage at other times is expected and is the required expectation of this management position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
