The Desk Associate is responsible to set the tone for our valued members and guests by exhibiting a sincerely friendly and professional demeanor at all times. He/She must present an aggressively friendly attitude, be a conversation instigator, a multi-tasking king or queen, and a damage control and people-pleasing expert. The Desk Associate staff are people-pleasers to the bone and are only interested in the comfort and personal satisfaction of our members and guests.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma/GED or is a student in good academic standing, is highly practiced in the art of customer service, is dependable/prompt, maintains a sharp personal appearance, and is willing/available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. In addition, he/she must have an infectiously positive attitude with unbelievable customer facing skills, be articulate with strong telephone skills, have strong computer skills, is detail-oriented with excellent follow through, and truly enjoys serving others.
We are currently looking for two employees to fill the below shifts:

Shift A: Mondays 8:00am-1:00pm, Wednesdays 8:00am-1:00pm, Sundays 10:00am-1:00pm

Shift B Mondays 3:30-7:30, Wednesdays 3:30-7:30

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
